Ahoy there one and all!

I want to send you a web page showing the major proposed closures along the "North Central California". This would close the cost for all time and never allow fishing within these areas. We can fish within our National Parks but the way this is trying to be set up there will NEVER be any fishing within these areas. This whole concept does not adequately deal with the problems of the runoff from both agriculture or waist disposal or other contaminants that are washed into the ocean. Tell me how stopping someone from fishing is going to help the return of the kelp?? This is an ill conceived plan and needs to have people respond to it by letting them know with other and better ideas for helping the "Nearshore Eco system".

look at the maps and this will show you the areas that are proposed to be closed FOREVER! There are other ideas that should be considered before closing these areas forever! I bring this to everyone attention as i feel that the more we know the less they can sneak by us! Just wanted you to know!
